The week of July 27, 2026 covered 5 product areas across [Annie](/product) and the [Anyshift Product Updates](/blog/series/anyshift-product-updates) series.

This is the delta after [last week's Annie Graph CLI launch](/blog/anyshift-shipped-week-of-2026-07-20): 3 new CLI features for IaC, drift, and cloud events, matching Graph API and SDK surface, plus Guru OAuth, personal Slack report DM prefs, and Disable MCP on integrations.

## Annie CLI: IaC, drift, and cloud-events

[annie-cli](https://docs.anyshift.io/pages/product/integration/cli) v0.8.22 (and later through v0.8.23) adds three deterministic Graph commands on top of last week's Annie Graph surface:

```bash
annie graph iac
annie graph iac aws_instance.api_server
annie graph drift aws_instance.api_server
annie graph cloud-events --provider aws --category security --since 24h
```

`graph iac` reports Terraform provenance along `TF -> STATE -> CLOUD` evidence. `graph drift` compares an explicit property allowlist for supported AWS resources and returns `unknown` when linkage or freshness is insufficient. `graph cloud-events` reads AWS, Azure, and GCP changes already stored in the events graph, with filters for provider, scope, category, actor, and optional `--diff` before/after values.

The same release window synced Dynatrace graph coverage, delivery and ownership evidence, operational impact, cloud resource contracts, and configured-runtime topology into the CLI query surface. Upgrade with your usual annie-cli install path, then run `annie graph <command> --help` for flags.

## Graph API and Graph SDK evidence helpers

[Graph API](/graph-api) v0.2.34 (deployed in production) and [`@anyshift/graph-sdk`](https://docs.anyshift.io/pages/product/integration/sdk) through v0.5.5 publish the matching typed helpers: structured cloud events, cloud inventory, IaC evidence, evidence-safe operational impact, delivery provenance, ownership, Dynatrace topology, graph coverage, and configured-runtime topology for ECS and [Backstage](https://docs.anyshift.io/pages/product/graph-api/backstage).

```bash
npm install @anyshift/graph-sdk@0.5.5
```

Use the [Graph Query Language reference](https://docs.anyshift.io/pages/product/integration/graph_query_language) and the [SDK capabilities](https://docs.anyshift.io/pages/product/integration/sdk_capabilities) matrix for the exact helper names and filters. Configured edges stay distinct from observed APM calls and do not participate in impact propagation.

## Guru Connect with OAuth

[Guru](https://docs.anyshift.io/pages/integration/guru) now supports **Connect with Guru** as the recommended setup path. Open the [Guru integration page](https://app.anyshift.io/integrations/knowledge/guru), click **Connect with Guru**, sign in, and authorize Anyshift.

OAuth uses Guru's MCP Dynamic Client Registration flow and scopes access to the authorizing user's permissions. Email plus user token remains available as a fallback. If authorize fails before consent, Guru may need to whitelist Anyshift redirect URIs for your environment.

## Personal report DM preferences

Each project member can now control their own Slack report DMs without changing delivery for anyone else. Open [My Profile](https://app.anyshift.io/my-profile), then **Slack Connection → Report notifications**, pick a project if you belong to several, and toggle **Weekly proactive reports** or **Custom reports**.

You can also opt out from a report DM itself with **Stop weekly report DMs** or **Stop custom report DMs**, then **Resume** later. Shared channel posts and other members' DMs are unaffected. See the [Slack integration guide](https://docs.anyshift.io/pages/product/integration/slack) for the full flow.

## Disable MCP on integrations

You can now unplug Annie from most integration MCPs without deleting credentials. On the [Integrations](https://app.anyshift.io/integrations) page for a connected source (Datadog, Grafana, Guru, Notion, PagerDuty, and many others), click **Disable MCP**. Annie stops using that MCP until you click **Enable MCP** again.

Credentials and sync stay in place. Only Annie's MCP access is toggled. Project admins control the switch per integration instance.

## FAQ

### What shipped at Anyshift the week of July 27, 2026?

Five customer-facing updates. annie-cli added IaC provenance, drift, and cloud-events through v0.8.23. Graph API v0.2.34 and Graph SDK v0.5.5 expanded evidence helpers. Guru gained Connect with Guru OAuth. Slack report DMs became personally controllable. Integration pages gained Enable MCP and Disable MCP controls so you can unplug Annie from most integration MCPs.

### What new Annie Graph commands landed in the CLI?

Upgrade annie-cli to v0.8.22 or later for annie graph iac, annie graph drift, and annie graph cloud-events. They inspect Terraform provenance, compare observed cloud state for supported AWS resources, and read AWS, Azure, and GCP change events already stored in the graph.

### What is new in the Graph API and Graph SDK this week?

Graph API v0.2.34 and @anyshift/graph-sdk through v0.5.5 add typed helpers for structured cloud events, cloud inventory, IaC evidence, operational impact, delivery provenance, ownership, Dynatrace topology, graph coverage, and configured-runtime topology for Backstage and ECS.

### How do I connect Guru with OAuth?

On the Guru integration page, click Connect with Guru, sign in, and authorize Anyshift. OAuth is the recommended path. Email plus user token remains available as a fallback when OAuth is not ready in your Guru environment.

### How do I pause Slack report DMs or disable an integration MCP?

For report DMs, open My Profile, then Slack Connection and Report notifications, and toggle weekly or custom report DMs per project. To unplug Annie from an integration MCP, open that integration on the Integrations page and click Disable MCP. Enable MCP turns it back on without removing credentials.
