Here's what shipped to customers during the week of October 19, 2026: 3 product areas, part of the [Anyshift Product Updates](/blog/series/anyshift-product-updates) series.

## PostgreSQL integration for Annie (beta)

Annie can now query your PostgreSQL databases read-only during investigations and correlate what she finds with your infrastructure graph. She discovers schemas, tables, and indexes, runs `SELECT` queries, explains query plans, and ranks the slowest queries from `pg_stat_statements`.

Annie runs health checks across 7 database areas: indexes, connections, vacuum, sequences, replication, buffer cache, and constraints.

Each connection has an access scope, so you decide what she can read:

- **Health & stats** (default): database health and query statistics, no application tables.
- **Diagnostics schema**: only the views you explicitly approve in a dedicated schema.
- **Full read**: your application tables, as an explicit opt-in.

Statements run in read-only transactions with a statement timeout, and your password is encrypted at rest with AWS KMS. The integration is in beta and available on request; [contact us](mailto:contact@anyshift.io) to enable it for your workspace. Setup, role SQL for each scope, and troubleshooting are in the [PostgreSQL integration guide](https://docs.anyshift.io/pages/integration/postgresql), and the overview is on the [PostgreSQL integration page](/integrations/postgresql).

## Broken connector alerts in Slack

When an integration connector keeps failing for an hour or more, project members with a linked Slack account now get a direct message, and one more when the connector recovers.

Alerts are on by default. Turn them off with the **Broken connector alerts** switch in My Profile under Report notifications, or with the **Stop connector alert DMs** button in the message itself.

## Headless sign-in and token management in annie-cli v0.9.26

`annie auth login --device-code` signs in from servers and containers that have no browser: you approve the login from any device and the CLI picks up the session.

Access tokens are now manageable from the terminal:

```bash
annie tokens create
annie tokens list
annie tokens revoke
annie tokens create --type api --access read
```

The last command creates a read-only API token, a good fit for CI jobs that only need to ask questions. Recent releases also add commands to manage projects, integrations, and organization settings from the terminal. Upgrade with `annie update`, and see the [CLI guide](https://docs.anyshift.io/pages/product/integration/cli) or the [Annie CLI install page](https://annie-cli.anyshift.io/).

That's the week. Try it in the [Anyshift product](/product), see how [on-call investigations](/on-call) work, and tell us what it unlocks for your team at [app.anyshift.io](https://app.anyshift.io). Last week's updates are in [What shipped, week of October 12](/blog/anyshift-shipped-week-of-2026-10-12).
